TravelDo es una agencia de viajes especializada en la gestión de experiencias turísticas, reservaciones, servicios turísticos y asesoría de viajes en México y destinos internacionales.

El Artículo 1 de la LFPDPPP establece que la ley tiene por objeto proteger los datos personales en posesión de los particulares para regular su tratamiento legítimo, controlado e informado.

4. Datos Personales Sensibles

Conforme al Artículo 36 de la LFPDPPP, TravelDo podrá transferir datos personales a terceros cuando sea necesario para la prestación de servicios turísticos.

TravelDo no vende ni comercializa bases de datos personales.
8. Derechos ARCO
De acuerdo con los artículos 22 al 27 de la LFPDPPP, los titulares de datos personales tienen derecho a ejercer los Derechos ARCO:
